These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability,We try to maintain stock counts for regular machines on our website as this is production time consuming process but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy. We will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will inform you delivery time on your requirements or special purpose machine’s order or customised machine’s order. All Customized machine’s order will take manufacturing time and delivery time will be informed to you also.
Shipping costs are actually paid by customers to the respective Transporter company in which the goods has been booked for Shipping.
Payment for shipping will be paid by customer to Transporter.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3.1 Damaged/Faulty Products due to Negligance of Transport.
Any return will not be accepted if the ordered machine is damaged due to negligence of transporter. We will not ship any Faulty machines or damage Machines to our customer.
All Damages will be claimed by customer with Transporter company as per their rules and regulations.
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
YES, we are delivering the international order, it may cost you a shipping charge by the selection of country and In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-15 days depending on distance of the customer’s location area.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched as per machine type. Min 15-20 business days from confirmation of payment of order.Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national and domestic holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
